Winemaking Notes:
Whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented, this wine is then aged on lees for 9 months in barrel. Careful barrel selection and bottle maturation results in a wine of great complexity and mineral drive. Notes of gunflint and citrus, further complexed with ripe  stone fruits and understated oak.
