Domestic Shipping Policy 
After order is processed, we will send an update and shipping timeframe.

Order processing time 
We aim to have all packages ready for shipment within 24 hours from purchase for all in stock products. 

Delivery estimates 

Within Metro Melbourne you can expect delivery within the week (typically within 4 days). For other cities up please allow 6-10 days.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking 

We will send a confirmation email when your package is shipped and you can check on the link to see the latest update from the shipping company.

Customs, duties and taxes 

GST is included in the sale price for each item in our store.

Damages 

If anything is damaged in transit, please let us know asap so we can make it right.

International Shipping Policy 
Balance Wine Co only ships wine and other products within Australia only.
