Domaine Arnaud Lambert Saumur 'Clos de Midi' 2019 Loire Valley Chenin Blanc
Good nose, fairly closed and lean to start. Nice colour, light straw. On the palate interesting!! Very lean but has an interesting texture, has a deceptive viscosity to it showing on the edges. I think this might get very good. Love this winery after tasting their cab franc - pure class/one we can trust. It’s VERY GOOD, but also very complex, dry, intellectual wine. Shows the amazing quality potential in the drier styles.
