Singlefile Great Southern Tempranillo 2020 from Western Australia
Pronounced temp-ran-ee-oh
Some sort of delicious Singlefile red nose. On the palate light, fruity, ripe but with almost tartness to it like a piece of fruit picked right off the vine. It’s not WOW right out the glass by any means – not as instantly likable like the cabernet though there’s definitely a time and place for it. Almost pinot like weight and also almost a peachy quality to it – as if some viognier was co fermented for something new – wonder if it is!
