Singlefile Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 from Western Australia
Seriously what a wine! Soft and inviting nose of milky chocolate with a hint of vanilla. On the palate super super soft milk chocolatey tannin structure, subtle mouth drying tannins (otherwise you wouldn’t know they were there). Immensely likeable cabernet – soft, juicy, fruity, dark and delicious. I’m a fan, hope you are as well. Kind of a Cabernet that everyone will like (Doesn’t go tooooo deep and dark). Now I get 6 glasses to a bottle (125ml each… I have a digital scale). This wine makes you want to have glass number four and let Peter of tomorrow deal with the disappointment of only 2 glasses..
