Silver Palm California Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Such an American Cabernet Nose – freaking love this style! Mega juicy, rich and vanilla on the nose. On the palate mega smooth, deep, rich, oh sooo American. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It’s not perfect and it’s not the best American cabernet I’ve had but worth you seeing the style (which really is inaccessible in this country for several reasons $$/Tax).
This was even out of the price bracket on the wholesale level but I have such a love of the American wines – they pump soo much money in, they have perfect weather and really do produce some world class new world wine. Never cheap though unfortunately. May have to be a no – just because quality isn't there for me as much as I'd love to add an American Cabernet.
