Lark Hill Blanc de blanc NV from Canberra
Restrained on the nose, lovely straw colour. On the palate it’s good. Hint of creaminess, racy acid structure. Flavors of juicy apples. Not sure if it’s there for me. Will revisit tomorrow. Day 2 - just feel the complexity isn't there and the bubbles are very loud and rough.
