Clarence House Block 1 Pinot Noir 2019 from Tasmania
Bright polished nose of fresh berries and rhubarb. On the palate – mellow, soft tannin structure, good acid lurking in the back making sure no one falls over. Very easy drinking, lovely juice I’m just a little unsure if it’s a $50 to me. Really is smooth, with the acid coming up on the finish in a less pleasant way.
As it’s opening up after 10 minutes man it’s likable. Bright red berries, dusty tannins, well balanced. I really really like it – but the estate is super easy to like and $10 cheaper.
